The answer is yes if you have the basic look and you are prepared to work hard and have the right attitude.

Generally the traits you need are an ability to work hard on your looks make the best of your assets and pursue your goal. As a model you need to be able to take rejection and have a thick skin.

Of course, you need to be aware that not all fashion modeling is glamorous and can involve long and unsociable hours. There is a lot of hard work that goes into the end result.

You also don't need to be six foot tall with legs up to your armpits! There are many different types of model. Many items and products sell better when they are promoted by models who look more like "real" people. Consumers want to see what clothes or beauty products look like on someone "just like them."
